Exeter named after the city in England that financed its construction.

 

Originally constructed in 1921.

It was destroyed by fire after the closure of Fairbridge Farm in 2004. It was destroyed by fire in 2004, and was susequently rebuilt by Trainees within the Fairbridge Inc training system.

During the 1950s & 60s the building housed the Fam Manager and his family.
